Are these templates free to download?
No, because they are not downloads. Each template is a generator inside StartupDocs: you set the parameters (jurisdiction, notice period, IP assignment), it drafts the document, and the compliance checks then run against the result. Which jurisdiction are the templates drafted for?
England & Wales, and that is the only jurisdiction we claim for drafting today. Compliance rulepacks reach further: UK DPA 2018 and PECR for the UK, GDPR and the EU AI Act for the EU, and CCPA for California. EU and US template coverage is in progress.
