What happens at the end of the 7 days?
Your card is charged for the plan you picked, and the trial becomes a subscription. Cancel before day 7 and there is no charge at all.
And paying is not the point of no return: every first subscription carries the 30-day money-back guarantee below.
How does the 30-day guarantee work?
If you do not have your five documents ready to sign, or you are unhappy for any other reason, email [email protected] from your account email within 30 days of your first payment. We refund everything you have paid, in full, to the card you paid with. No forms, no retention call, no questions.
It applies to your first subscription, once per customer, and every document you exported stays yours after the refund. The same promise is written into our terms.
How does annual billing work?
Annual is ten times the monthly price, so two months are free, and you pay once for the year rather than every month.
What happens to my documents if I cancel?
Cancelling applies at the end of the period you have already paid for, so you keep complete access until then, including export.
You can take everything with you in full: PDF, DOCX, and Markdown. Your documents are not held hostage.
How do Team seats work?
Team is priced per seat, with a minimum of two. If inviting someone raises your bill, you are shown the exact extra amount per month and have to confirm it before anything is charged.
What counts against the monthly allowance?
Creating a document spends one document credit for that calendar month, and asking the assistant to make a change spends one AI edit. Both allowances reset each month.
Deleting a document does not return the credit, so the allowance cannot be recycled. Reading, editing by hand, re-checking, and exporting are all unlimited.
Is there a free plan?
No. Every plan starts with the same 7 free days, and after that the product is paid. We would rather charge a fair price than fund the product with your documents.
