Edits land as tracked changes you accept or reject, checks run against real rulepacks like GDPR and UK DPA, and exports hold up in front of lawyers and investors.

We build for UK and EU founders and ops leads at companies of one to twenty people, the stage where the paperwork is very real and the in-house counsel is not.

Serious documents deserve careful software. Nothing is rewritten silently, every automated finding is reviewable, and we are plain about the limits: automated document checks are not legal advice, and we are not a law firm.

StartupDocs is built and operated from the United Kingdom by a small, early team, and its terms are governed by the law of England & Wales. We are deliberately close to the founders we build for: the people writing the code are the people reading your support email.
